Short answer
They can share space, but it is not ideal: goats are pushy, share parasites like barber pole worm, and need different minerals. Alpacas still need alpaca companions.
If you mix them, provide separate feeding areas, watch for bullying, and plan parasite control for both species. Goat feeds may contain ionophores and copper levels that are wrong for alpacas.
